3. Class Booking
Class bookings can be made online through our website.
Users must provide accurate information when booking classes.
Class schedules are subject to change. We will notify users of any changes as soon as possible.
4. Payment
All payments must be made at the time of booking.
Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards, Google Pay, Apple Pay and PayPal.
All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change.
5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled class for a full refund.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after this time.
Class packages are non-refundable.
6. Liability
The Pilates Place is not liable for any injuries or damages resulting from participation in classes. By booking a class, you acknowledge and accept any risks associated with physical activity.
7. User Conduct
Users agree to use the website for lawful purposes only and not to engage in any conduct that could damage or impair the website.
8. Modifications
The Pilates Place reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in the courts located in Rockport, Texas.
